Find a tangent, normal and exact triangle area

A curve has x=3cos⁡θx=3\cos\theta, y=2+sin⁡θy=2+\sin\theta, 0≤θ≤2π0\le\theta\le2\pi.

(a) Show that the tangent at PP, where θ=π/6\theta=\pi/6, is y+(3/3)x−4=0y+(\sqrt3/3)x-4=0.

(b) Find the normal at PP.

(c) The tangent and normal meet the y-axis at TT and NN respectively. Find the exact area of triangle PNTPNT.

Differentiate a restricted parametric curve and find an intersection

Curve CC has x=1/1+t2x=1/\sqrt{1+t^2}, y=t3+1y=t^3+1, where t≤0t\le0.

(i) Find dy/dxdy/dx in terms of tt.
